Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Delivery Policy

Emerald Gardenia offers hand delivery within the Orlando, Florida area.

  • We require 1–3 days’ notice for all orders.

  • Delivery dates selected at checkout are considered preferred delivery dates, not guaranteed delivery times.

  • Deliveries are made within a reasonable window based on routing and availability.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • We may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location when appropriate

  • Or attempt to contact the recipient using the information provided

Emerald Gardenia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Floral Substitutions

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, specific blooms and varieties may vary. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design integrity of the arrangement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the design or delivery process

  • After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and address the situation appropriately.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at checkout, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Delivery date

  • Card message

Emerald Gardenia is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
