Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept traditional returns.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and a brief description so our team can review and make it right where possible.
Resolutions may include a replacement, studio credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

We work with seasonal and market-available blooms, which means substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
When this happens, we carefully select flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and integrity of the design.

All arrangements are prepared and inspected prior to delivery to ensure they meet our standards.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including exposure to extreme temperatures, improper handling, or delays in bringing arrangements indoors.

To extend the life of your arrangement:
Keep flowers in fresh, clean water
Trim stems every 1–2 days
Place in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat
Remove any stems as they naturally fade
With proper care, your arrangement will continue to evolve beautifully over time.
